I have been a bit quiet on my blog over the past 6 weeks but I am still here and have a lot planned over the next few months.
The next blog theme will be performance management.
This will include why performance management matters, how do you measure performance, what are the tangible and intangible metrics ( I will reference Stephen Guth’s work when considering intangibles), what do you need to look out for and how to manage these metrics to develop and continue good relationships.
In April I will also be reviewing Sara Cullen’s book “The Contract Scorecard”.
I will moving to one blog a week which will also include one book review a month.
In addition I will be attending the IACCM Brisbane conference in late May and I will be bringing back insights and learnings from there.
